New comedy series – Ile Alayo comedy series spark online reactions

Ile Alayo is a comedy series based on the same-named comedy film. It’s currently being made into a comedy series due to high demand from the Nollywood audience. The relaunched edition of this series includes many of the original cast members while also adding new characters from the Nigerian comedy scene.

The series will premiere on December 6 and is produced by StarTimes in collaboration with Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo and Wakaati TV.

Top actors and social media comedians like Odunlade Adekola, Mercy Aigbe, Adebayo Salami (Oga Bello), Lateef Adedimeji, Dele Odule, Femi Adebayo, Ebun Oloyede, Mr. Macaroni, Cute Abiola, Olaiya Igwe, Broda Shaggi, and Woli Agba are among the cast members of the new TV series.

Ile Alayo joins a slew of other hot shows that StarTimes is debuting this holiday season.

The Ile Alayo comedy-drama series will premiere on ST Nollywood Plus on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. beginning December 6. The series will also premiere on Wakaati TV for NOVA bundle customers on December 23.
